    Interface AiToolResultEvent

    What a tool returned, handed to onToolResult before the model sees it. The content is the tool's whole output; the clip that bounds what reaches the model applies afterwards, to whatever the hook returns.

    Example: ```javascript onToolResult: (call, result) => result.isError ? { content: "The lookup failed. Ask the caregiver instead." } : null, ```

    The tool's output, rendered as text: a string as written, a number or boolean as its text, anything else as JSON. For a failed tool, the failure's type and message.

    isError: boolean

    Whether the tool failed. The model is told so alongside the content.
